What you’ll Do
As our Team Manager at Acacia Ridge, you’ll be at the heart of our operations—optimising resources, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring your shift runs like clockwork. From labour planning and safety oversight to KPI management and continuous improvement, you’ll be the driving force behind our success.
- Maximise productivity by strategically managing people, equipment, technology, and time
- Lead and mentor a diverse operations team to exceed performance and quality targets
- Oversee site activities, including transport coordination and internal stakeholder engagement
- Champion safety and compliance across all operations
- Drive continuous improvement in processes and team development
- Manage performance, career growth, and team culture for direct reports
This opportunity will involve working a Tuesday to Saturday Day Shift Roster.
What Experience and Education You Need
- 3+ years of proven operational management experience
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams
- Knowledge of distribution/logistics operations
- Ability to make effective decisions in a fast-moving environment
- Relevant logistics qualifications or equivalent experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- A knack for solving complex problems and implementing smart solutions
- A customer-first mindset with a strong sense of urgency
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities with precision and calm
- A passion for developing people and building high-performing teams
