Americold’s Global Culture Committee

Our Global Culture Committee establishes the messages and activities that bring Americold’s commitment to diversity, inclusion, and belonging (DI&B) to life. Composed of associate representatives from across all regions and levels of the organization, the Culture Committee supports spreading awareness and the value of DI&B across our network. In 2024, the Culture Committee established a culture ambassador program at various sites around the world to provide more awareness of inclusion and belonging within Americold.
