Americold Internship Experience (AIE):
The Americold Summer Internship Experience is a 12-week, full time, paid internship that takes place over the summer term in various locations throughout the country. The internship opportunity will afford our interns to better understand of the supply chain industry, work on challenging and industry-specific projects, plus the ability to collaborate with organizational leaders, colleagues, and peers.

What You’ll Do:
Collaborate with the Sr. Analyst and Manager on high-impact projects within the Supply Chain Solutions (SCS) team, focused on distribution center optimization and supply chain efficiency.
Gain hands-on experience across multiple business functions while supporting initiatives in warehousing optimization and continuous improvement.
Contribute to key areas including:
Data Modeling – support analysis and decision-making with structured models.
Warehousing & Distribution Solutions – assist in evaluating and designing operational improvements.
Continuous Improvement Initiatives – identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
Tool Development – help build and refine tools to support operational excellence.
What Experience You Need:
Currently a rising sophomore or junior enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
Coursework or academic projects in supply chain design, warehousing/distribution optimization, or inventory management.
Exposure to supply chain data analytics through projects, internships, or coursework.
What could set you apart:
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and SQL.
Advanced technical skills: experience with Python, R, or other programming languages for data analysis and modeling.
Prior internship, co-op, or hands-on work experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations.
