What you’ll Do
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Key Accounts APAC, to lead and execute the day-to-day management of our Retail customer portfolio across the APAC region. This role is pivotal in delivering sustainable operations, superior customer service, and driving growth within the Americold customer footprint.
You will partner closely with site Operations teams and senior stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery, while also supporting strategic initiatives for new business development and operational excellence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Americold customers
- Lead quarterly business reviews and customer engagement programs to ensure service excellence.
- Collaborate with internal teams (BD, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Transport) to deliver best-in-class solutions.
- Track and report service-level KPIs both internally and externally.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Support tender processes, negotiate and renew contracts with customers.
- Act as a key stakeholder in new operational go-lives, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Manage customer rate review processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure all service charges and accessorial services are fully recovered.
- Utilise business systems and tools (Salesforce) to maintain governance and reporting standards.
What Experience and Education Do You Need?
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective customers aligned with market opportunities.
- Lead business reviews and customer engagement to ensure service alignment and satisfaction.
- Collaborate across BD, Finance, Ops, Marketing, and Support to deliver high service levels.
- Monitor and report service KPIs to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Drive Quarterly Business Reviews and stakeholder engagement at all levels.
- Support tenders, contract negotiations, and renewals for client accounts.
- Oversee smooth operational go-lives and post-implementation performance.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for service and efficiency.
- Manage rate reviews and ensure accurate billing and service charge recovery.
- Use Salesforce and governance tools (e.g., Korn Ferry Sell) to support business processes.
