What you’ll Do
We are seeking an experienced QSR Rebuyer and Customer Service Assistant to manage stock purchasing and inventory performance for a portfolio of national Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) customers across Australia.

  • Manage purchasing and replenishment activities for QSR customers across Australia.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers regarding stock availability, inventory coverage, and supply chain performance.
  • Build and manage supplier relationships, including vendor compliance, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
  • Monitor inventory levels and contracted days' cover to optimise stock holdings and working capital.
  • Collaborate with operations, transport, and warehouse teams to minimise stock shortages and maximise service performance.
  • Coordinate inventory requirements for seasonal, promotional, and new product launches.
  • nvestigate and resolve pricing discrepancies with suppliers, customers, and finance teams.
  • Manage imported product inventory, including quarantine holds, food safety requirements, and quality-related issues.
  • Coordinate stock transfers between distribution centres to ensure balanced inventory coverage across the network.
  • Prepare and analyse inventory, supply chain, and customer performance reports to support business decisions.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer service, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency

 

What Experience and Education You Need.

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in inventory planning, purchasing, replenishment, or supply chain management, ideally within the QSR, foodservice, FMCG, or logistics sectors.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management principles, demand planning, and supply chain operations.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, with the ability to analyse and interpret data.
  • Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transport Management Systems (TMS), ERP platforms, or similar business systems.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and customer service skills.
  • Proven ability to prioritise tasks, solve problems, and manage competing deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence outcomes.
  • Experience managing supplier relationships and negotiating successful outcomes.
