Here at Americold Dublin we are now recruiting for a Stock Office Administrator.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Stock office Administrator. In this role, you will oversee stock movements, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure seamless communication with customers and internal teams.
This position involves managing and controlling stock movements and balances for customers under your supervision, ensuring accuracy in inventory levels and transactions for effective stock management. You will accurately and promptly record stock movements, changes in product status, and other inventory matters in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
You will coordinate and document daily stock-related transactions to ensure smooth operations. Collaborating with Stores personnel is crucial to planning, receiving, and delivering customer inventory. Additionally, you will provide customers with regular reports and updates as agreed.
In this role, you will handle customer telephone inquiries professionally and resolve any stock-related concerns. Another key responsibility is daily updates to customer stock systems to ensure data accuracy.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for this role. Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems or similar inventory software is necessary. Effective communication skills for liaising with customers and internal teams and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently are also required.
This role is vital for maintaining customer satisfaction and operational efficiency through precise stock management and proactive communication. If you are organized and customer-focused, we encourage you to apply.
Working Hours
Monday to Thursday. 12pm - 9pm
Key requirements
- Previous experience with warehouse inventory
- Excellent working knowledge of a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- A self-starter - this role has a high-volume turnaround
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Good problem-solving skills
- Flexible during times of change and display a willingness to take on additional duties as required within the team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
