What you’ll Do
We’re seeking a proactive Facilities Support Coordinator to support our Facilities, Engineering, and Maintenance teams. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth administration of maintenance activities through Oracle CMMS and procurement systems, helping to deliver reliable and compliant site operations.
Essential Functions
• Administer the Computerised Maintenance Management System (Oracle)
• Manage contractor documentation including permits, contracts, and insurance records
• Raise and receipt purchase orders, including GL coding
• Liaise daily with maintenance and engineering teams on work orders, invoices, and POs
• Assist with spare parts inventory, stock takes, and ordering
• Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
• Identify process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment
What experience and Education You Need
• Relevant qualification or strong administrative experience
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong MS Office skills; Oracle or CMMS experience preferred
• High attention to detail with solid numerical and documentation skills
• Basic mechanical/electrical knowledge and maintenance aptitude
• Strong communication, time management, and problem‑solving skills
• Proactive, organised, and able to work well in a team
