What you’ll do
As the Administration Clerk, you will be the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness of all site administration tasks. You’ll support daily operational activities, maintain critical documentation, and contribute to the warehouse's overall performance.
This is a full-time Monday – Friday 0800 – 1600
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Support the Team Manager, Supervisor, and General Manager with general administrative duties.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external customers.
- Provide timely and professional responses to enquiries and issues.
- Liaise with internal departments, transport providers, suppliers, and external partners.
- Manage timekeeping records for truck arrivals and departures
- Coordinate supplier bookings and maintain vendor performance logs
- Assist in tracking and reporting key operational KPIs.
- Maintain compliance documentation and support audit activities.
- Oversee induction administration and ensure training records are accurate and current.
- Maintain the site skills matrix aligned to workforce capability requirements.
- Assist with purchasing and procurement of office and operational supplies.
- Owning asset control, pallets, cages and totes through the necessary software providers
What Experience and Education You Need.
Intermediate experience with Office 365.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in a warehouse or supply chain environment within an administration role (minimum 2 years)
Understanding of distribution operations.
Strong decision-making skills.
Ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Able to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Desktop Publisher.
Strong customer service orientation.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Able to collaborate effectively with others, communicate across different groups, and respond constructively to feedback.
