About the Roll

As a Warehouse Team Member based at our Prospect site, you'll play a key role in the safe and efficient handling of products across our operations. Working in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment, you'll support the smooth day-to-day running of the warehouse while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer service.

These roles are casual positions and you must be able to work shifts across Monday - Sunday AM or PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight, stock, and materials safely and efficiently.
• Accurately receive, inspect, and store food and non-food products.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Check incoming and outgoing goods for damage, discrepancies, or contamination.
• Label, sort, wrap, and repack products as required.
• Safely stack and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
• Assist with inventory counts and stocktake activities.
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures, including working in cold storage environments.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive team culture.
• Perform general warehouse duties and other tasks as required.

Skills and Experience

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience (preferred but not essential).
• Current forklift licence.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and overtime when required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and experience working with warehouse or inventory systems.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
