Team Manager

What you’ll Do

As our Team Manager at Acacia Ridge, you’ll be at the heart of our operations—optimising resources, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring your shift runs like clockwork. From labour planning and safety oversight to KPI management and continuous improvement, you’ll be the driving force behind our success.

• Maximise productivity by strategically managing people, equipment, technology, and time
• Lead and mentor a diverse operations team to exceed performance and quality targets
• Oversee site activities, including transport coordination and internal stakeholder engagement
• Champion safety and compliance across all operations
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and team development
• Manage performance, career growth, and team culture for direct reports

This opportunity will involve working a Tuesday to Saturday Day Shift Roster. 

What Experience and Education You Need

• 3+ years of proven operational management experience
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams
• Knowledge of distribution/logistics operations
• Ability to make effective decisions in a fast-moving environment
• Relevant logistics qualifications or equivalent experience
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• A knack for solving complex problems and implementing smart solutions
• A customer-first mindset with a strong sense of urgency
• The ability to juggle multiple priorities with precision and calm
• A passion for developing people and building high-performing teams
