What you’ll Do

Americold is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented QLD QSR Rebuyer  to support stock purchasing and customer relationships for our Foodservice/QSR customer base across QLD. This role is suited to someone early in their supply chain career — around three years’ experience, and/or currently completing a Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business degree — who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment and building strong stakeholder relationships.

• Manage daily communication with customers and suppliers. 
• Monitor stock levels, upcoming promotions, and general service needs. 
• Assist with resolving product, stock, or delivery issues.
• Support coordination of stock transfers between DCs. 
• Help track supplier performance and follow up on delays. 
• Assist with planning for imported products and seasonal volumes.
• Contribute to onboarding activities by supporting admin, data checks, and system setup. 
• Participate in process improvements and team initiatives as experience grows.
• Follow safety standards and work practices. 
• Participate in basic safety reviews and compliance activities. 
• Demonstrate Americold values in day‑to‑day tasks.

What Experience and Education You Need

• Around 3 years' experience in purchasing, replenishment, supply chain, customer service, or a similar role. 
• Studying or completed a Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related degree (preferred, not essential). 
• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to communicate effectively. 
• Good problem‑solving skills and confidence working with numbers and data. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel skills highly valued). 
• Familiarity with systems such as WMS, RF, or TMS is helpful — training provided. 
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. 
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment with deadlines.
